Anna Forsberg is a Postpartum Doula living and working in San Diego. Her life's passion is to usher postpartum families through the threshold of postpartum finding joy and healing along the way. Her calming and nonjudgmental presence is the foundation to the care provided to the entire postpartum family. Specialties: postpartum education during the prenatal period, first-time parents, multi-children families, families who live with older generations, belly binding along with abdominal support, breastfeeding peer support, abortion support, and PMAD support. As a survivor of PMADs, Anna is very comfortable support clients who have or have had a PMAD in the past. She offers her services both in-person and virtually via telehealth and takes COVID precautions seriously. Rates: $35/ hour for in-person doula support. Sliding scale is offered to those who qualify. Outside the 25 mile range is subject to a travel fee. Anna is the current Board President of the San Diego Birth Network and enjoys supporting the birth community through this service. She is a wife and mother to three children, ages 11, 7 and 5. After 11 years of keeping small humans alive, she's trying to become a plant mama (tips are welcomed!). Her favorite things are chai tea, a meal enjoyed with friends, playing board games with her family and talking about all things postpartum with no shame or judgment.
