Alex holds a B.A. in Biological Anthropology from UC San Diego, as well as a dual, concurrent MPH in Epidemiology and MA in Latin American Studies. Deeply passionate about maternal health, health equity, and supporting immigrant and minority communities, Alex brings both rigorous public health expertise and a strong heart for advocacy to her work. As a mother of four, she understands the transformative power of accessible, culturally responsive postpartum support. Alex thrives on working directly with people and is dedicated to helping families navigate parenthood with the resources they deserve. Outside of her work, Alex loves traveling, going on camping and road trips with her family and friends, and cooking authentic comida mexicana with her grandparents.
