If you’re struggling or need perinatal resources in San Diego County, our Warmline is here for you. Call us at 619-254-0023 and leave a confidential voicemail. A trained volunteer will respond within 24 hours and offer peer support and personalized referrals to local resources including therapists, doulas, lactation consultants, and parent groups.

In crisis or requiring immediate support? If you or a loved one need urgent support, please call the San Diego Access and Crisis Line at 888-724-7240, available 24/7, with online chat support Monday through Friday 4 to 10 pm.

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department if there is immediate danger, you’re having thoughts of harming yourself or others, you’re hearing or seeing things that others cannot that affect your safety, or you have any other concern that you or someone else may be unsafe.

Outside of San Diego County? Call Postpartum Support International (PSI) Helpline at 800-PPD-MOMS.
