Warmline Coordinator

Erin Robertson is the owner and therapist at Cozy Nest Counseling in La Mesa, where she specializes in supporting perinatal and postpartum mothers and fathers through the dynamic and profound transition of the fourth trimester. She is deeply passionate about helping parents and families prepare for what often cannot be fully prepared for—offering steady, compassionate guidance through the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that come with new parenthood.
Before specializing in perinatal mental health, Erin built extensive experience working with children and families across diverse settings. Her background includes school counseling, serving as a Military Family Life Counselor (MFLC) with San Diego Unified, working with First 5 San Diego to support early childhood development, and volunteering as a youth counselor at her church supporting high school–aged students. She has also volunteered as a crisis counselor with Disaster Mental Health through the American Red Cross, providing support during times of acute crisis and community need.
Erin is a sports-mom of two and a proud bonus mom to two more, and her family is at the center of everything she does. She understands firsthand the unique dynamics of blended families and brings that insight into her work with compassion and authenticity. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors—swimming, beach walks, camping, kayaking, gardening—and cuddling her dog, Koda, who occasionally ranks just above everyone else. A recovering people pleaser, Erin is passionate about helping others find their voice, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with themselves during the transition into parenthood.
