Abigail Burd, LCS26867, is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist experienced in providing professional mental health counseling since 1998. She is certified in perinatal mental health by PSI and is the author of "The Postpartum Depression Workbook." Abby specializes in helping new parents survive and thrive during the transition to parenthood and the postpartum stage. Abby is also experienced in helping clients overcome depression, anxiety, addiction, grief/loss and trauma. She sees clients in office, by telehealth, and offers some options for nature-based "walk and talk" therapy in central San Diego/Beaches area once established.
