I see a range of issues including anxiety and depression, life transitions, self-esteem, parenting, women's issues, and relationship stress. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed or in pain, we’ll work together to get you some relief and clarity—without judgment, and at your pace. My approach is warm, collaborative and playful, drawing on both clinical training and real-life experience. Together, we can find new and creative ways of coping with whatever is holding you back.
