My clients often feel trapped and alone, surrounded by endless toxic social media posts promoting "loving and enjoying every moment of motherhood" and a partner who wants to help, but doesn't provide the support my clients actually need. My clients struggle as you do. Despite being successful, empathic and well prepared for motherhood, parenting is hard especially without the right support. My clients struggle with the relationships they have with their own mothers and recognize the huge impact this has on them during pregnancy, postpartum and parenting.
