I am passionate about helping moms and women achieve and find holistic success and fulfillment while navigating common challenges in early motherhood such as postpartum depression and anxiety, stress, overwhelm, perfectionism, self-doubt, exhaustion, identity and relationship issues that often come up in this transitional time. With a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach, I empower clients to set and reach meaningful goals, find deeper connection and understanding in their system and identity, and thrive in various aspects of their lives, including motherhood, relationships and careers. As an IFS Level 1 trained therapist and a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brené Brown's transformative insights into my practice. These, along with evidence-based and trauma-informed practices, help address underlying issues related to shame, vulnerability, perfectionism, and trauma. My areas of expertise encompass maternal mental health, leadership, entrepreneurship, and women’s health. Additionally, as a biracial therapist of color, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals with underrepresented identities, including people of color, LGBTQ+ communities, and those navigating cross-cultural experiences and diversity and inclusion challenges in the workplace.
