Rainuka Oberoi

LPCC 19010Bio:
I specialize in grief, reproductive trauma, ADHD, and career uncertainty. I bring clinical expertise, lived experience, curiosity, and humor into therapy—because healing doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold. Whether you’re untangling anxiety, grieving someone or something important, trying to focus with an ADHD brain, or questioning your career—or your entire universe—I’m here to help you make sense of what’s going on inside and find some relief. My therapeutic style is client-centered, collaborative, and integrative. I meet you where you are and tailor our work to what you need. I come from a multi-heritage family and identify as a BIPOC clinician, which shapes how I show up in the therapy space—grounded in cultural humility and attuned to the complexity of identity. I’m passionate about supporting clients as they explore their racial and cultural roots in ways that feel empowering and authentic. I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) and advanced training in ADHD and anxiety disorders. My lived experience with infertility, fertility treatments, miscarriage, TFMR, adoption, and ADHD gives me a unique window into the grief and overwhelm that can accompany these journeys. In addition to private practice, I also work with Adoption International as a social worker supporting prospective adoptive families as they build and grow.
