LCSW 116017Bio:Hi there, I'm Rose, a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician (PMH-C) who is deeply passionate about supporting individuals through major life transitions, including all the complexities that arise on the journey to parenthood. I am here to support those considering growing their family, struggling with infertility, processing a traumatic birth, dealing with anxiety and depression, navigating the everyday intensity of parenthood, and all things in-between. I am trained in EMDR to help clients process and heal from past trauma and experiences that continue to affect their present. I often work closely with those navigating pregnancy, relationship challenges, and parents who are feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, and exhausted from carrying the weight of the mental load. Together, we can create space to navigate these challenges, move out of survival mode, and begin to feel more grounded, supported, and whole. I provide an authentic, culturally sensitive, and nonjudgmental space for connection and healing.
