I work with clients struggling with grief, boundary issues, anger, difficult parental relationships, shame, and other complex emotions. My approach focuses on identifying where my clients feel stuck and providing actionable paths toward personal freedom and healthy relationships. As a Christian therapist, I deeply value my clients' faith and incorporate meaningful spiritual practices into the healing process. I’m licensed in California, and I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.I live in San Diego and am a wife, mother, sister, and daughter, bringing empathy and real-world understanding to my work.
