Tanya Hilber, PsyD
Bio:I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY 24479) in San Diego. I am an interactive, empathic therapist and I work from a combination of a practical psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral orientations. I believe that to be healthy and successful, we need to find a balance in our lives – a balance with our daily life, relationships, physical health, and mental health. Sometimes your sense of self or your symptoms are not meeting personal, social, or professional needs due to an imbalance or extreme actions. By growing and working on life issues, you can have a positive and confident sense of self. Through support, practical feedback, and guidance on your path, you can effectively address your life challenges and find your balance by becoming aware of perceptions and emotional complexities. A highly personalized approach can help you to understand yourself, build on strengths, find your balance, and become the person you want to be.Specialty/Interest:
We specialize in children, teens, and adults who struggle with Anxiety and ADHD. We also work with various other issues such as postpartum depression, mood and anxiety, parenting, depression, stress management, relationships, and more.
