Being a parent is hard, and more so when feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, and depressed. Many parents don't have enough quality support. That was true for me, when I was struggling with my own postpartum mood and anxiety problems. Having been there myself, I can see how difficult it can be to know if and when to seek help. If you're concerned about any aspect of your mental health, its a good time to explore if therapy can help. I will meet you wherever you are, including if you're not sure about your symptoms or about therapy. At Bloom Psychology, I focus on helping moms, dads, and families, and healing pelvic pain. Before founding Bloom, I was a staff psychologist in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Medical Center. I was also the regional pelvic pain psychologist at the Kaiser Northern California Center for Pelvic Pain. Check out my website to learn more. Questions? Please don't hesitate to email or call.
