Bio:
Caitlin Chapman was trained as an Expressive Arts Therapist at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she earned a dual Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Arts. She currently works as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in private practice with individuals and couples. Her specialty is in maternal mental health and transition to parenthood. She especially enjoys helping clients navigate issues of identity development, mood dysregulation, trauma, and relational conflict. Caitlin utilizes a client-centered, humanistic approach to treatment and aims to help clients tap into their inner resilience and learn to bounce back from difficult life experiences and transitions. She believes in the connection between creative expression and wellness, and she incorporates elements of expressive arts with clients who are interested. She is a mother of three and enjoys fun family time, including: living room dance parties, epic fort building, comic book making, and creative experimentation in the kitchen with her children.
