Cristina Trette, MA, LMFT, PMH-C is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the Owner of Integrative Family Therapy (IFT), a holistic counseling practice serving parents, couples and families. Cristina is certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International and holds a Masters Degree in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. She is Chair on the Board for the San Diego Center for EFT and is currently pursuing EFT certification.
