I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice, recently completing almost a decade of work as a school counselor. I've been providing counseling services to children, teens and adults for almost twenty years in schools, medical settings, and community mental health programs in Oregon and California. Trained by the UCSD Center for Mindfulness in Self-Compassion and Mindfulness Education for Children and Teens as well as a Youth Mental Health First Aid facilitator, I am experienced in bringing meaningful and accessible practices to youth to encourage the development of self-awareness and emotional regulation and in supporting parents' connections with their children. I am passionate about empowering women to own their inner voice, strength and resilience. With that intention, I'm the mother of three daughters and love to read, hike our beautiful trails, enjoy the beach and dance to live music.
